Dave's Direct has put together a variety of 30 different non-hybrid, self-reproducing vegetable seeds stored in resealable Mylar bags. The kit contains 1,000 of each kind, equaling a grand total of 31,000 seeds which, if all planted at once, would cover an area of 2.8 acres of land. This quantity is far more than sufficient, but my concern is that if food prices keep going up or some terrible disaster comes, growing our own food may become our primary resource for feeding families. 31,000 seeds is enough to share with family, friends and neighbors. This is a proficient and self-reliant way to cover for difficult times.
31,000 Gardening Seeds /All Non Hybrid-Self Reproducing Seeds only $110 per kit (tax included). Supplies Limited. Seeds are subject to change according to availability.

Storage: Generally speaking, for every 6˚ drop in temperature of stored seeds, you increase the life of the seeds by one more germination life.
For example, if its original germination life is about 5 years at 72˚(room temp.), then the same seeds stored at a cooler 66˚ would last about 10 years, and at 60˚ its life would increase to about 15 years, and so on.
Therefore, it is suggested that seeds stored in their resealable mylar bags in a fridge/freezer between planting times is a smart way to extend the germination life.
*Suggestion: Plant seeds in loose soil at a depth of
5 times the thickness of each seed.
