Description:

We took these sweet girls in at the last minute because a friend was moving to England and could not take them with her. Even though we are not allowed to have pets. Please help us by providing a good home for them.
Malty is the tomboyish of the two. She is heavier and has less color than her dainty sister. Malty loves playing with bird feathers. She is not a snuggler but will put up with an occasional snuggle. She has a muted meow. She loves to sit in the window and watch all the goings on outside. Currently both are indoor cats. But would love to go outside if allowed to. Both are litterbox trained and are quite independent.
Pennywhistle is the dainty girl who is slimmer and has much more color than her sister. She loves to snuggle and loves sleeping on your lap. She loves bird feathers but even more she loves to chase a laser light...or even reflections from the sun as it bounces off a wind chime hanging in the window.
Both love to drink water from the bathroom faucet, although Pennywhistle is daintier about it. She will hold her paw under the stream of running water and drink from her paw. Malty will simply drink directly from the faucet.
They love to find hidden places to sleep...under a book shelf, behind the TV cabinet...under a bed. I bet they'd even love a bed in a sunny window if one were provided.
Please call today and schedule an appointment to see if you and the girls would make a good match. We are moving soon (in about a month) and can't take them with us. If we don't find a home for them here we'll have to take them to the shelter.
