Course Description: In this course, you will learn the art of home cheese making. A variety of cheeses including mozzarella, mascarpone, cream cheese and ricotta will be covered in this basic cheese making course. Cheese is great for food storage since it can age for years to encourage flavor. It is a great skill for self-sufficiency. You won’t believe how fun and easy cheese making can be! This workshop has gotten great reviews from those who have participated in the past. You leave the class ready to make your first batch of cheese.
Course Includes: Copy of recipes from class, cheese sampling, rennet & starter for cheese
